By accessing or using VanquishNet Communications' website, services, or products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

VanquishNet Communications provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, network infrastructure design and installation, remote monitoring and management (RMM), cloud backup and disaster recovery, AI-powered video surveillance (NVR) systems, web application development, and related technology consulting services.

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for our professional services will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) between VanquishNet Communications and the client.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our Services or submitting forms on our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

When using our security scanning tools, you confirm that you have authorization to scan the target systems and accept full responsibility for any scans performed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VanquishNet Communications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VanquishNet Communications for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

VanquishNet Communications does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we employ industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

We strive to maintain high availability of our managed services, with uptime targets specified in individual client agreements. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Support response times and escalation procedures are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement for each client. Emergency support is available 24/7 for clients with active managed service contracts.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the Services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons, with reasonable notice when feasible.

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement.

VanquishNet Communications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or fail to pay for services rendered.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
